The Bedfordshire FA seeks to recruit new staff members to its newly formed Referee Development Team.

The Bedfordshire Football Association has reviewed its current Referee Development Structure and is delighted to announce its newly formed Referee Development Team. The Department is moving away from one full-time Referee Development Officer and has split the role into three part-time roles. The newly formed three roles will concentrate on specific areas of referee development and will allow a hybrid approach.

Alan Young, the CEO, said: "We have reviewed our current structures and believe this hybrid approach will allow us to concentrate on each area within the refereeing department to give specific focus to development, appointments and recruitment. The current demand for refereeing development is becoming increasingly difficult for a single Referee Development Officer, and we believe this approach will allow development to take place without the heavy burden of administration. We are looking forward to the recruitment process and the formation of our new Referee Development Team."
